Somtam movie
Somtam or Papaya salad is a delicious Thai food .I think ,you often eat somtam. It have identity which is sour and spicy taste .It is essential that somtam be spicy. This taste is from chill .That is the important components in most food .Chill is a fruit but why it is different from others fruit .
Chill is the ordinary fruit .Spicy taste is not from fruit but it is from Capsaicin . It make chill tasted spicy . If chill doesn't have that substance, chill won't be chill.
