Diet with sleeping

 

                   Diet is something that everyone intent to do in this generation such as for fashion or social stream and most of  people diet by eat less??,running??,play sport??.
                   In fact we found that we have some new idea for diet from research of institute from USA.



                   Psychological institute recommend that if you want to diet  finely you to wake up more lately for 1-2 hour and warn for someone who are not get a wink of sleep because it will make you fatter.

                    Professional from the institution describe that when we sleep too long our weight will decrease because of leptin,chemical substance that ejaculated when sleeping.It is a lipid controller.
