Sleeping is A favorite activity for anyone .Someone go to the bed at 9 pm and they scare ghost .They turn on the light but I will tell you that it's not good for you someone might tell me that you are very tired from work but if you want to relax you should not sleep with turning on the light
Why ?
I our body we have hormone called "Melatonin" it help you in sleeping it affect in dark so if you 're sleeping in the light it will make you sleep badly and you re tired in the morning
