Milk is the normal beverage.Most people used to drinking it.Children drink it to growing up.Sometime.after people drink it ,they will diarrhea . Sometime milk is not good .Sometime milk is good but people drinking milk are diarrhea.
Why they are diarrhea ?
It is explain by enzyme digesting milk.This called Rennin .Rennin which digest milk is in stomach.When you are children or teen ,it is produced normal quantity but when you are grow up ,it produce in low quantity..In adult stomach ,there are a little rennin,they can digest a little milk.This is the reason why someone is diarrhea after drinking good milk.
I like to drink milk.
